How is active student count calculated?
Only students currently active on your roster count toward the plan limit. Archived students stay recoverable and do not count.
Do studios with more than 5 students get a trial?
Yes. Your first Growth, Pro, or Academy checkout includes a 30-day free trial. A card is required; you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel in the Stripe customer portal. Studios with 5 or fewer students can stay on Micro Studio free forever with no card.
Are there setup fees or long contracts?
No. There are no setup fees, and monthly plans can be changed or cancelled without a long-term contract.
What happens when my studio grows?
We will show you the next plan before you exceed your active-student allowance, so you can upgrade without disrupting front-desk work.
Do you charge per-booking fees?
No. The Register uses predictable subscription pricing and does not take a percentage of your class revenue.
